• Strawberry-Banana Spilt Salad

    1 ( 4 -serving) pkg. Jell-o sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
    2/3 cup carnation nonfat dry milk powder
    1 cup water
    1 cup ( 1-8oz can ) pineapple tidbits, packed in their own juice, drained (reserve liquid)
    1/2 cup cool whip ( lite)
    1 cup diced banana ( 1 med)
    2 cups fresh strawberries ( sliced)
    2 Tbsp. ( 1/2 oz) chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. (1/2 oz) mini chocolate chips
    In a large bowl combine dry pudding mix and powdered milk. Add water and drained pineapple juice.
    Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in cool whip lite. Add Pineapple tidbits, diced bananas,
    sliced strawberries, chopped pecans, and mimi choc. chips.
    Mix gently to combine.Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Note: if you can’t find pineapple tidbits, use pineapple chunks chopped coarsely.
    to prevent banan from turning brown, mix diced bananas with a tsp. of lemon juice
