Chicken Casserole

2 cups cooked chicken
1 cup of cooked rice
1 cup chopped celery
2 T finely chopped onion
1 can of cream of chicken OR cream of mushroom soup
½ or ¾ cup mayonnaise

Mix together and pour into a baking dish (I would spray the dish first). Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and dot that with 2 T butter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes
