Slow Cooker Kielbasa n Kraut

2 pkg Kielbasa (can use turkey kielbasa)

1 pkg Sauerkraut, squeeze-drained

1 onion

1/4 bottle bbq sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray’s)

1 12 oz beer (I like Guiness, I just drink the rest lol)

1 can baked beans

Cooking oil

Slice onion and chop, fry.
Transfer to bowl.
Fry kielbasa til edges are browned.
Transfer to onion bowl.
Add 1/4 in cooking oil to pan and heat on med/high heat, adding kraut, a little beer and half of the bbq sauce. Lower heat to medium. Reduce liquid (There wiill still be some left.) Mix all ingredients in crockpot, adding remaining bbq sauce, 1/2 remaining beer and baked beans. Cook on high for 4 hours.
